Participants will meet field trip coordinators in front of Powell Hall, Florida Museum of Natural History, UF Cultural Plaza by 4:30 pm. Kanapaha Botanical Gardens is located on the north side of Archer Road 1.3 miles west of I-75. The address is 4700 Southwest 58^th Drive Gainesville, FL 32608-0808. Collecting will end at 12:00 midnight. Contact Jeff Slotten (jslotten@bellsouth.net) for updates on meeting time and transportation. Please be prepared to carpool or provide your own transportation, food, beverages, special equipment, and insect repellant as needed.
