14-16 October 2011
The combined Annual Meeting of the Southern Lepidopteristsí Society and the Association for Tropical Lepidoptera will be held October 14-16, 2011, at the McGuire Center for Lepidoptera and Biodiversity, Florida Museum of Natural History, University of Florida. The McGuire Center is located adjacent to Powell Hall on the University campus and can be accessed directly off 34th St. and Hull Road. The tentative schedule includes field trips on Friday and scheduled talks at the McGuire Center conference room on Saturday and Sunday. A banquet will be held, followed by an informal slide. This is an ideal time to visit Gainesville as many butterfly and moth species will be active and fall wildflowers abundant. We look forward to a well attended meeting with many interesting presentations. Updates and registration forms will be available on websites for both SLS (www.southernlepsoc.org) and ATL (www.troplep.org).

In order to ensure your abstract is included in the program, we ask that you e-mail a copy of your abstract. Please remember to include your title, type of presentation, and the amount of time needed. Papers are limited to 30 minutes total (20 minutes for the formal presentation and 10 minutes for questions). Shorter presentations are encouraged. Abstracts should be no more than 125 words.
