Contributed Papers are scheduled for October 15-16, 2011, and available time slots will be limited. Each Contributed Paper is limited to a total of 30 minutes or less (20 minutes for the formal presentation and 10 minutes for questions). The title and abstract for contributed papers must be received no later than 10 September 2011 along with this completed form to be included in the printed program. To expedite this process, please send and email a Word or Text file of your title/abstract to Dr. Jacqueline Y.Miller, McGuire Center for Lepidoptera and Biodiversity, Florida Museum of Natural History, University of Florida, P. A preliminary schedule of the presentations will be posted on both society websites prior to the meetings. You will receive a hard copy of the program upon your arrival at the McGuire Center.
All formal presentation sessions will be held at the McGuire Center Conference Room. with posters set up in a separate area.
In addition to LCD and 35 mm slide projectors, an overhead transparency projector can be made available. Arrangements for the latter and other special equipment should be made well in advance of the meetings in order to keep equipment costs to a minimum.
